Since 1994 he is engaged in private practice,owner of Jwla Hospital at Lucknow and is a pioneer of Thoracic Surgery to be started in Private Hospitals. He is an active executive member of IMA, AICBA and other associations. Has been doing social charity and helping the less privileged class of the society.

Dr. Minal Patwardhan Andrade : Profile and Achievements
Dr. Minal Patwardhan did her Diploma and M.D. in Dermatology and Venereology from Mumbai University in 1990. She was a lecturer at the Department of Dermatology at LTMMC till 1993, then she moved to the UAE in 1993, and established her own clinic, Minal Medical Centre, in Sharjah in 1997.
Dr Patwardhan is one of the first dermatologists in the Middle East and Asia to begin using the Long Pulse Alexandrite laser . She now successfully runs two centres in the UAE: the Minal Specialised Dermatology Clinic in Sharjah and the Minal Medical Centre in Dubai. She has recently set up her latest centre offering as many dermatology services in India too: DrMinal's Dermatherapie Centre in Mumbai.
Dr Patwardhan got trained in various laser techniques in South Africa, London, Australia and Singapore. She has been an invited speaker at many Indian, European and American Conferences of Dermatology and for other medical specialities, both in the UAE and India. She has presented multiple papers in International Conferences.
She has written articles on dermatology for UAE newspapers, Khaleej Times and Gulf News, , conducted live radio shows for Citi FM and Gulf News Radio, and given live interviews on Ajman TV. She is on panel of Experts for Femina Middle East. Her special interests include Clinical Dermatology, Lasers and Psoriasis.
