The founder leader and pioneer has been Dr. Rama Srivastava, a General & Laparoscopic Surgeon from Lucknow U.P., India who ignited the concept of “Health & Beauty” two wheels of a cart together when she observed the distance between medical facts and myths of beauty – a huge gap was existing between the experts and the receivers. She along with Dr. Anupam Saran, a plastic & Cosmetic Surgeon and a beautician Seema Saxena organized the first conference in Lucknow which was a great success and since then, there is no looking back. Then LCBA (Lucknow Cosmetologists & Beauticians Association) turned to UPCBA (Uttar Pradesh Cosmetologists & Beauticians Association), AICBA (All India Cosmetologists & Beauticians Association ) and now reached the heights of ICBA (International Cosmetologists & Beauticians Association).
